The professional chocolate program is now offered in a MODULAR format, you can choose the modules you want and build your own course. For those who dream of improving their skills or changing careers, this program provides the knowledge and abilities needed to start and grow a business in the world of chocolatery. A pioneer and the only one of its kind in Brazil, it features nationally and internationally renowned professionals in the field of chocolatery. It offers an online and/or in-person learning experience with cutting-edge methodologies and content. It also includes immersive experiences on cocoa farms and hands-on chocolate-making practice in the School’s laboratories.
