Castelli School of Chocolate

An innovative and pioneering initiative — as the first chocolate school in Brazil to launch a Professional Program in Chocolatier work, covering Bean to Bar — Castelli School of Chocolate is a national reference in its field. It has been part of Brazil’s cocoa and chocolate history since 2012, when it was presented at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris alongside representatives of Brazilian cocoa and chocolate producers.

The school was conceived by Castelli School of Hospitality, a Higher Education Institution previously accredited by the Ministry of Education (since 2000). Excellence, commitment and passion for hospitality education turned the Castelli name into a recognized brand.

Castelli's story includes over 25 years of activity in education. Its founder, Geraldo Castelli, has been active since the 1970s promoting education, publishing works and contributing across hospitality, tourism, gastronomy and events.

As a legacy of this trajectory, Castelli School of Chocolate holds at its core education, hospitality, professionalism, innovation, entrepreneurship and passion. Following global educational trends, since 2019 the brand's positioning allows Castelli to endorse all its programs, recognized nationally.

Castelli School of Chocolate offers:

PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM IN CHOCOLATE: Our program offers the knowledge and skills for those who want to specialize or change careers and start a business in the chocolate sector. Courses vary from 40 to 399 hours in a hybrid format — part live online and part hands-on in-person practice.

SHORT-TERM COURSES: Intensive short courses for chocolate enthusiasts, professionals already in the market or those looking to learn more about the world of cocoa and chocolate.

LET'S TALK ABOUT CHOCOLATE: An initiative to engage and raise awareness for conscious chocolate consumption. We promote content and events: history, techniques, trends, cocoa and raw materials — through our blog, livestreams and activities.
