“According to ANVISA, Resolution RDC nº 264, of 09/22/2005, White chocolate is chocolate and PERIOD!

White Chocolate: is the product obtained from the mixture of cocoa butter with other ingredients, containing, at minimum, 20% (g/100 g) of total cocoa butter solids.

When we extract the butter from those well-selected, roasted, and peeled cocoa beans, with that yellow, crystalline, shiny color and that incredible taste and smell, full of antioxidants - the polyphenols, mixing with milk and sweeteners, there is no way to resist.”

There are already so many recipes that bring us incredible flavor variations from white chocolate!
