This is the beginning of another place to share knowledge, inspiration, news, and of course, a lot about cocoa and chocolate!

Leading everything is me, Silvana Castelli, founder and director of the School.

Since 2012, when we launched Castelli School of Chocolatry, I have dedicated my life to training professionals in chocolatry and strengthening the cocoa and chocolate culture in Brazil and the world.

I am passionate about what I do! And so, we managed to become an international reference, creating the only Professional Training Program in Chocolatry in the country, in addition to promoting exclusive experiences in Bahia and also with international partners such as École Ducasse, in France.

But, of course I'm not alone. With me, more than 25 professionals, international experts in their areas, master teachers in the art of teaching, who build this unique story in the world day by day!
