A vegan bean-to-bar chocolate shop, led by chocolate maker Rosangela Berini.

Graduated in Nutrition, she created her brand when she lived in the USA. There, in 2017, she got to know the Bean to Bar movement and fell in love with the idea of creating her own chocolate, in a fair production chain.

“I discovered that I wasn't eating real chocolate until then. The Bean to Bar concept captivated me, as it would allow me to bring the experience of true chocolate to other people”.

With a heart full of desire to change and with much enthusiasm, she bought her first Melanger and produced her first batch of chocolate. The choice was 70%, believing it to be the most nutritious and recommended by nutritionists.

Rosângela returned to Brazil in 2019, and in her quest to understand more about cocoa bean quality and the consequent impact on chocolate quality, added to the desire to produce new creations, she found Castelli and here her training took place.

“The Castelli school played a fundamental role in my success trajectory in chocolatry. The course I took provided me with in-depth knowledge and essential practices that elevated the quality of my products. I learned from the best in the cocoa segment, met fantastic teachers, with whom I keep in touch to this day, and other students who became friends and business partners. Today, every bar I produce carries this history of dedication and love for true chocolate.”
