On our first day of the Cocoa and Chocolate Experience in Bahia, after a beautiful walk through the woods, with many seeing cocoa for the first time, it is on this porch that João Tavares and his family provide us with an unforgettable moment.

Tasting of many cocoa varieties. Each with its own characteristic sharpening palates and inspiring chocolate creations.

Tasting led by him, João Tavares, owner of Fazenda Leolinda, whose fine cocoa beans have been making history since 2010 when they won an international quality contest. And the recognition with the award for best fine cocoa bean continues to this day!

And, hospitable as he and his wife are, at the end of the day, a typical Bahian coffee is offered to the entire group of students!

The problem is always managing to leave!
