We entered the Atlantic Forest, in cocoa farms, to experience each stage of the production of a quality cocoa bean.
We tasted cocoa honey directly from the source, amidst the forest.
We visited Tree to Bar chocolate factories. And, we finished with gastronomic art and local ceramic art.
Unique moments of professional and personal transformation!
Professionals coming from Goiás, Amapá, Paraíba, Federal District, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul and Bahia itself, in search of more knowledge about cocoa and its possibilities.??
